- Payment via PayPal: (100% upfront) or (50/50 split). All listed in Euros (EUR)
- Commercial rights included; credit me visibly (e.g., social media bio).
- All files are digital + for your use only - no sharing, NFTs, AI, or crypto use.
- Refunds depend on progress. Chargebacks = blacklist.
- Rush fee (5 - 50%) applies to urgent projects. Rush fees are Non-refundable once work starts.
- WIPs or final work may be posted unless you buy an NDA.
- If your PSD file/Reference is not finished yet, you may submit WIPs of it to showcase it, but if you're selected, the psd/reference must be done by the time I start working on the model.
- You must be 18+. By submitting, you agree to these terms.
- Clear refs + organized feedback are required.
- Revisions 3 at sketch, 3 minor tweaks at render, 1 - 3 for rigging.- Send feedback all at once (in a bunk message) to avoid extra charges.
- Once you're ready, send me all the changes you want in one message or in a few messages within a very short lapse. If you realize you forgot something, feel free to follow up within a day. After that, additional changes will count as a separate revision.🌻 OVERALL- I have the right to refuse any project. I have the right to cancel a project prior to any payment being made. If I have to cancel, I will convey this to the client as early as possible.- Client's usage of my models does not always reflect my own personal views. I am responsible for the finished product itself and nothing further.- Clients must fully disclose any planned dates for debuts of the rigged model, and deadlines cannot be hastened after the commission process has been started.- I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place. This should be in your Twitter/SNS bio and about page on your channel. Model debuts should clearly visually show credit (not verbal mention only).- The finished model files given to the client are for runtime only. Live2D project files for the model will not be given to the client. In the case that the client wants to work with another rigger for additions to a model, I am open to sharing the project files to the rigger directly to a few experienced riggers.- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art and or rig for non fungible tokens. Use of my art and or rigging for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.- Usage of any of my work in generative AI is strictly prohibited.🌻 INTAKE AND PROCESS- In most cases, I will not rig a previously rigged model. There are rare exceptions, and in those cases I require written permission from both the model artist and the original live2d rigger.- Individual slots will not be taken until I have confirmed details with the client and have decided to take on the project.- Up to 3 revisions are offered while the model rigging is in progress. Once the first version of the final model is sent to the client, up to 5 minor revisions will be offered. Additional revisions will be subject to a fee. (starting at 3% of total price)- I require a 3~6 week window for finishing the project. This window starts when I begin your project, and not when you take a slot or are added to the wait-list.- If privacy for a commission is desired, the fee can be adjusted or lowered if the client is open to having only certain aspects of the commission be private (example: streaming/wips OK but having certain toggles be private). If only the client name needs to be private, there will be no fee.- In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your commission, there is a possibility that I will test the movement of your model with tracking software on stream.🌻 PAYMENT- I do not offer refunds. I only accept payment once I am ready to start on a project. If there is an emergency on my side and the commission must be cancelled while in progress, a partial refund can be issued according to the amount of work not completed.- Express/Rush will be an additional cost that will be discussed with the client. Depending on the design or overall complexity of the commission, I may not be able to accept it if the deadline is still too tight. In cases like these, I am open to discussing pushing certain parts of the rigging to a later date.- Payment can be split up between base rigging price and add-ons, depending on the project details. Payment must be made up-front before the work will begin.- Invoices will be made and sent via PayPal. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal.🌻 WORKFLOW- (Referred Inquiries) Project details are reviewed and discussed.- (Public Applications) Commission application is taken via Google Forms; in the week following the closing of the applications, applicants that were accepted are contacted.- Client confirms the final quote, as well as project timeline.- Invoice sent to client (via PayPal).- Invoice is paid; work on the commission begins.- Progress videos or pictures are sent to the client throughout the work period; adjustments are made according to any feedback.- Once the model is complete, a .zip file with the runtime model folder for Vtube Studio is sent to the client.- If there are any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the model, these points will be fixed and a new version of the files will be sent.- If tracking settings require any adjustments, assistance will be provided to the client.- If the client would like additions or new parts/features added to the model at a later time, scheduling can be discussed. Current commissions will be prioritized over any adjustments or additions for past models.

💳 Payment
- Payments are made through PayPal only.
- Prices are listed in EUR (€).
- Payment is either 100% upfront or 50% before work begins / 50% before delivery, depending on the project.
- Work starts only after payment is received.
⏰ Timeline
- Please let me know your planned debut date before commissioning.
- Once work has started, deadlines cannot be moved earlier.
- Rush orders are available for an additional 5–50% fee, depending on the deadline and workload.
📝 References & Feedback
- Please provide clear, complete references before I start.
- If your reference sheet is still in progress, you may apply with WIPs, but the final PSD/reference must be finished before your commission begins.
- Please send all your feedback in one organized message whenever possible.
- Small follow-up corrections within 24 hours are completely fine.
- After that, additional changes may count as another revision.
✏️ Revisions
- Art: 3 sketch revisions + 3 minor rendering revisions.
- Rigging: 1–3 revision rounds depending on the project.
- Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
📂 Files & Usage
- You will receive digital runtime files only.
- Live2D project files (.cmo3) are not included.
- Commercial use is included.
- Please credit me visibly (social media bio, about page, credits during debut, etc.).🚫 Not allowed
Please do not:- Share or redistribute the source files.
- Use my work for NFTs or cryptocurrency.
- Use my work for AI training or generative AI.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds depend on how much work has already been completed.
- Rush fees are non-refundable once work has started.
- Chargebacks will result in being permanently blacklisted from future commissions.
📸 Portfolio
- Unless an NDA is purchased, I may share WIPs and the finished model in my portfolio or on social media.
